Our mission at Meals on Wheels West Contra Costa County is to empower older adults to safely age in place with dignity and independence by providing nutritious home-delivered meals, grocery support, and compassionate human connection. Through personalized services and community partnerships, we work to reduce hunger, food insecurity, and social isolation while promoting the health, safety, and well-being of the older adults we serve.
