Meals on Wheels West Contra Costa County provides nutritious meals to eligible older adults in our community. Our program supports the health, independence, and dignity of seniors by delivering chilled, ready-to-heat meals directly to their homes.

In addition to supporting access to nutritious food, our deliveries provide a compassionate check-in and an opportunity for human connection. Check-ins with clients reduce social isolation and allow program participants to remain independent in the comfort of their home.

 

Our program follows eligibility requirements established under the Older Americans Act (OAA). We are committed to ensuring eligible older adults have access to the nutrition and support they need to age in place with dignity.
