The Grocery Bag Program delivers groceries to individuals in need that may not qualify for our HDM Program. The program is run in partnership with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.
We are currently developing a Pay-to-Eat Program. The proposed program will allow clients to order and pay for food a week in advance at the food vendor's price plus a small delivery fee.
